So much about what I do at Pure Nature blends naturally from one aspect to the next. Mindfulness seeps into every aspect, which is why I often start with the mind first. Once you become conscious of your body, food, and environment, and what you can control, making the choice to nourish and nurture wholesomely becomes a simple one. Yoga and meditation are powerful self-care tools that connect the intention of the mind with the physical expression of the body. Practiced together or separately, they both offer a rewarding journey into deeper self-awareness and provide a way to ground ourselves in our strengths, explore new possibilities, deflate emotional stressors, and connect with the life we are creating around and within us. Yoga and meditation are an important part of the holistic journey, and one I recommend in part or in tandem as you learn to check in with your body, strengthen your center, tap into your intuition, and engage more fully in the present moment.
